POSTPONED Until April 1, 2017: Spring Thaw at Conway

Dear Trail Runners and Mountain Bikers,

After an assessment of the trails, we have decided that we must postpone the Spring Thaw at Conway Robinson State Forest until April 1, 2017 to ensure the safety of the participants and the maintenance of the trails. Right now, the trails are a mix of snow, mud and running water--not a good combo for a race.

All registered participants have automatically been moved to the new date: April 1, 2017 at the same times and locations.

If for some reason you cannot attend the event on the rescheduled date, we have waived any transfer fees from this event to another one of our comparable Adventure Enablers events, including the following:

Next Saturday 3/25 Spring Thaw MTB and/or Trail Run at Early Mountain Vineyards (complimentary wine tasting in a beautiful setting at the finish line!)

5/13 Shenanduro (which offers a half, 10K, or 5K trail run and/or a 6- or 9-hour MTB) in gorgeous Shenandoah River State Park near Skyline Drive in Bentonville, VA

4/29 Yellow Jacket 5K: A 125-year birthday celebration of Randolph-Macon Academy in Front Royal, VA with a party all weekend

10/15 Helltown Half, Leaf Peeper 10K, or Festival of Leaves 5K: Our 3rd year event in beautiful Front Royal, VA, just when autumn starts to take over during their annual Festival of Leaves

Any of our 5K Glow Runs: Choose from South Riding, Herndon, or Ashburn (email for a code to transfer)

If there's another AE event you see you'd like to attend that better fits your schedule, just let us know at info@adventureenablers.com and we can set up a transfer credit for you.
